Raising a Mini-Diva
While Devoted Wife was visiting her parents yesterday, she decided (with some assistance from her sisters and her cousin) to do a little photo shoot with our little Diva-in-Training. Apparently Kate soaked up the attention like a little sponge, and seemed to enjoy having a crew gathered around her watching her every move.
Later last night when I saw the photos I reminded Devoted Wife that I was Kate's exclusive talent representation, and that while the photos she brought home on our camera were fine, the pics her sisters took with their cameras were likely to one day end up in some photo book entitled "Kate: Unauthorized!" Without Devoted Wife's cooperation, I asked, how was I supposed to protect Kate's brand? Devoted Wife just rolled her eyes at me and ate the rest of my Cheesecake Factory Spicy Cashew Chicken."So L.A."

jaime, Kate is so dang beautiful! I love looking at pictures of her on your blog she keeps getting more and more pretty! I wish I could meet her in person and we could have a "play date." I miss you! The other day I went to the "U" commencement cause my dad got an award and brought back so many memories of our graduation. We are coming to San Diego/ Disneyland in Sept. I hope we can work something out to stop by for a visit. It would be so fun to see you. Send me a note some time. Seriously, Kate is getting so big and I love Rich's commentary...it always makes me laugh.
She is absolutely adorable! I can't wait to spend time with the girls in a couple weeks. Max is going to be smitten with Kate's beauty.

oh my GOSH, she gets cuter by the second you guys. i just want to squeeze her! it's a good thing I got to play with her little sydney cousin this weekend....

you know, kate will be a touch older but my nephew is arriving next month and his latina mama had got tall, dark and handsome in her genes so...we should talk.
